Meet Lauren Delarco

Lauren joins our team from Orlando, FL where she graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2006, and later received her Master's degree from the University of Florida in 2009. Upon graduation, Lauren joined Northwestern Mutual with the O'Connell District Network office In Orlando where she spearheaded the campus recruiting efforts for both intern and full time candidates. During this time, the District office was recognized as a Top 10 Internship Program for contracts, production and conversion in the company for awards year 2010. Lauren is motivated to develop strong ties within the Milwaukee community and increased The Schwertfeger Group's awareness on campuses in the greater Milwaukee area.
